1. Password Custody & One-Way Hashing

All subscriber passwords are encrypted using high-security hashing functions. Because our system does not store recoverable plain-text passwords, we cannot recover or read your password. Once your password is set or modified, you bear full responsibility for remembering and securely storing your login credentials.

2. Strict Non-Intervention Policy

Platform management maintains a strict hands-off privacy policy. Our administrators do not access your user session, browse individual ledger entries, or inspect your day-to-day business receipts.

3. Routine Local Backups

While cloud infrastructure is continuously monitored for reliability, every subscriber is encouraged to download routine offline backup files (.json) via the Backup tab to maintain complete local redundancy.
