General Notice:
This software is intended for basic business record-keeping, inventory tracking, and internal billing management purposes. It is not a substitute for a Chartered Accountant, licensed tax professional, accountant, or official government tax/GST filing system. Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, legality, applicable HSN/SAC codes, and tax treatment of records generated using the software.
1. Digital Reference Utility
The sales and purchase records, balance sheets, and summaries produced within this platform serve as internal digital reference documents. The software is a bookkeeping utility and does not itself establish statutory compliance or certify government tax returns.
2. User Responsibility for Data Accuracy
The calculation of CGST, SGST, IGST, cess, discounts, and totals relies on input data supplied by the subscriber. It remains the merchant's obligation to verify rates, party GSTIN authenticity, and state tax codes against current statutory notifications before finalizing business decisions.
3. Limitation of Liability
RACE FINANCE, its founders, and administrators shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, tax penalties, audit adjustments, or loss of business profits arising out of data entry discrepancies, hardware failures, or network interruptions.
